1. Who we are

This website and the HRKI platform are provided by INFO NETWORK d.o.o., Valturska ulica 78/1, 52100 Pula, Croatia, OIB (VAT ID) 92134883875, a company entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Pazin.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms cover the use of this website and the Request access form. Use of the HRKI platform is governed by a separate contract, which prevails over these terms in the event of any inconsistency.

3. Use of the site

You may view and use the content of the site for informational purposes. You may not disrupt the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, download content automatically to an extent that burdens the service, or use the site contrary to the law.

4. Accounts

Accounts are opened by invitation. Sending a request does not create an account or an obligation for either side. The person who receives an invitation is responsible for keeping their sign-in details and access tokens safe.

5. Your content

Customers are responsible for the content they publish with HRKI, including prices, texts, images and forms on their sites, and for its compliance with the law. Content generated with AI features is a draft and should be reviewed before it is published.

6. Content and offers on this site

Descriptions of features relate to the platform in the scope agreed by contract. Plans and prices are shown with VAT and are also published as a machine-readable price list. We reserve the right to change the content of the site without prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

All text, graphic design, marks and program code on this site are the property of INFO NETWORK d.o.o. or are used under the appropriate rights. Names and logos of other organisations and products belong to their owners. Copying and publication without written permission are not permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

We maintain the site with due care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information is complete and accurate at all times. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site to the extent permitted by law, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

9. Links to other sites

The site contains links to sites operated by other providers, including sites of our customers and of associations we belong to. The providers of those sites are responsible for their content.

10. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy statement.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Croatian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Pula, unless other jurisdiction is prescribed by law.
